ngsfilter primer length limit
ngsfilter does not handle primers longer than 32bp (apat library limitation).
This should be specified in the documentation, and primer length should be checked on execution.
(Eventually make it also possible to switch to the older alignment code for longer primers.)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
