NA value for uint8_t arrays

Sequence qualities are stored in the form of uint8_t arrays, with integers ranging from 0 to 42.

For now the NA value returned by a column when the quality is not defined for a line is NULL.

A 'real' NA value could be interesting to have, but it also needs to be easy and fast to test for.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
