"Probably deprecated taxid"

After the "ecopcr" command, the terminal responds with this error:

"Warning: error reading the taxonomic information of a sequence. Seq id: EF491878, taxid: 2302425. Probably deprecated taxid. Skipping this sequence. DEBUG /tmp/pip-install-cd8y3ftw/obitools3_83c1e148cb5245f3b0a8f0c62d67813b/src/obi_ecopcr.c:377:print_seq, obi_errno = 0, errno = 2 :"

The same error occurs for many sequences (really many). What does it mean? Is this a problem for the analysis of my data? Thanks for any help!
