Tabular export has no header by default
We can't know which column corresponds to what data of the exported view if not using the --header option.
--header should be the default behaviour (and a --no-header option could be available to keep the functionality).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
