Create a new getOutput function for the new outpout format (all the
files corresponding to an assembling are stored in a single directory)

an old format index to the new one:

		- make the new directory  
		- move the files inside

directory named XXX.odx where XXX is the index name.
In this directory the index is simply called `index`

Set a WARNING as some of the paremeters ar in fact never used as the function is called only in the unfold command.
