Using Genbank databases for ecoPCR

Hi, In the wolf tutorial, we build a reference database for ecoPCR using the EMBL database. Is there a way to do the same with GenBank database, and if yes, do you know how we could format the necessary databases from GenBank (would you be able to suggest links)? I'v been using Obitools 1 and following the wolf tutorial. Thanks, best wishes.
